Directions: Deep Frying or Pan Frying: 1. Preheat oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees F - or - 1/8 inch oil in skillet to medium-high. 2. Moisten seafood or fish with water. Shake off excess moisture. 3. Coat food with Seasoned Frying Mix (1/4 cup per pound of food) by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in Seasoned Frying Mix on a plate. 4. Deep fry 2-3 minutes or until cooked through. Pan fry 4-6 minutes per side or until cooked through. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Moisten seafood with water. Shake off excess. 3. Coat with Seasoned Frying Mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in Seasoned Frying Mix on a plate. 4. Spray breaded fish lightly with oil. 5. Oven-fry fish in lightly greased baking pan for 5 minutes per side until fish flakes easily. Yield: 2 pounds of Frying Mix coats approximately 25 pounds of fish or seafood.
