Preparation Instructions: You Will Need: 3 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine (room temperature) (For best results – allow butter or margarine to soften naturally to room temperature; do not melt); 1 egg. 1. Preheat: Oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Mix: Cookie mix, butter or margarine, and egg into large mixing bowl. Stir all ingredients together until thoroughly moistened. Drop by rounded teaspoons about 2 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. 3. Bake: On center oven rack 8-10 minutes for chewy cookies, or 10-12 minutes for crispy cookies. 4. Cool: 5 Minutes then remove from hot cookie sheet with spatula to a cooling rack or paper. For a Special Treat: Add 1/3 Cup chopped Walnuts, Pecans, Macadamia nuts, Chocolate Chip or Peanut Butter baking chips. High Altitude (over 3,500 ft.): Add additional 1 Tbsp. flour to dry mix and follow directions. Ingesting raw batter is not recommended. This product is best if used by the date printed on the top flap.
