Cooking tips for the best tasting Falafel! 1. Allow the Falafel mixture to rest for 30 minutes to allow all of the ingredients to hydrate. 2. Add a little more water if it seems to dry. Should resemble wet sand, not soup. 3. Gently form into golf ball size then flatten slightly. 4. Get an oil thermometer. 350 degrees F is your perfect frying temperature. Too hot and the inside will not cook.
