Easy Gluten Free. Bread. Prep Time: 5 minutes. Cook Time: 40 minutes 12 servings. 1 Package (16 oz.) Maple Grove Farms Gluten Free Baking Mix (3 cups). 1-1/2 cups dairy or plant based milk, warmed to about 120 degrees F. 3 Tbsp vegetable oil. Preheat oven 400 degrees F. Grease 8-1/2 inch by 4-1/2 inch loaf pan, then line with parchment paper leaving an overhang on each side. Place baking mix in bowl and stir in milk and oil until thoroughly combined. Turn dough into prepared pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until bread is golden and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes, then use excess paper to lift out and transfer to cooling rack. Cool completely before slicing. Store in a cool dry place.
