Cooking Directions: 1. Combine 2 cups of Iberia rice, 4 tablespoons of either or vegetable or olive oil or butter, 1 tablespoon of salt and 4 cups of water in a heavy sauce pan. 2. Bring to a boil while stirring. Reduce heat, cover and allow to simmer for 14 minutes or until water is absorbed.
