Made from certified Organic Colombian sugar cane from Colombia, Iberia Organic Turbinado Sugar is less processed than most forms of sugar. It has a medium brown color and large crystals. It's unique production process takes the first pressing of juice from the sugar cane and slowly heats it to evaporate the water out, causing it to crystalize. To complete the drying process, the crystals are then spun in turbines or centrifuges which helps to remove impurities and keep the natural coating of the Meet golden molasses.
