You Will Need: 1/4 cup water + 1/3 cup vegetable oil + 1 egg*. 1. 1. Heat: Heat oven to 350 degress F for aluminum or glass pan or 325 degress F. for nonstick pan. Grease bottom of pan. 2. Stir: Stir Brownie Mix, water, oil and egg in medium bowl until well blended. Spread in pan. 3. Bake: Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean; cool. Pan Size (8 inches x 8 inches): 33-38 bake time (in minutes). Pan Size (9 inches x 9 inches): 28-33 bake time (in minutes). Pan Size (11 inches x 7 inches): 26-31 bake time (in minutes). Betty's Tip: To cut warm brownies easily, cut with plastic knife using short sawing motions. Store tightly covered. *For cakelike brownies, use 1/4 cup water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs. Do not eat raw brownie batter.
