Chocolate Handling Instructions: Be careful to not overheat the chocolate. Overheating will burn and thicken the chocolate. Store chocolate in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Never allow water or moisture to come in contact with the chocolate. No oil needed for use in chocolate fountains! Melting Instructions Microwave: 1. Set microwave on half power. 2. Melt chocolate for 2 minutes. 3. Remove bag and gently massage it. 4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until chocolate is melted completely. Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place with low humidity.
