Directions

Cooking Directions: 1. Mix 2 parts Sweet Potato Pan cake mix with 1 part water, or, if using milk, mix 1-1/2 cups of Rosella Sweet Potato Pancake mix with 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 cup of milk. 2. Combine all ingredients just until blended. Drop approximately 2 oz. of blended mix onto non-stick or sprayed pan. Cook approximately 2 minutes per side until golden brown. 3. For waffles, please follow the same blending instructions as above. Place blended mix in waffle griddle and cook until light brown on both sides. Add your favorite toppings such as apples, strawberries, and bananas for an added treat.
