You will need: 1 bag of Bloomfield Farms Brownie Mix. 2 large eggs or 4 egg whites (or egg substitute). Mix it up! Add 1/2 cup of pecans or walnuts to the batter, or even chocolate chips and marshmallows for fun twist on the original recipe! 1/2 stick (1-1/4 cup) butter, melted. Brownie Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. 2. Lightly coat brownie pan with non-stick cooking spray. 3. Combine Bloomfield Farms Brownie Mix with eggs and melted butter. Stir until a thick batter forms. If needed, add one tablespoon of water to reach desired consistency. 4. Pour batter into pan and bake as directed below. Let brownies cool completely before cutting. 8 inch x 8 inch pan: 28-31 minutes; 9 inch x 9 inch pan: 26-30 minutes; 11 inch x 7 inch pan: 23-26 minutes Do not consume raw.
