Buttermilk Coconut Pancake Directions: Pancake Mix: 1 cup; 3/4 cup cold water; 7-8 5 inch pancakes. 2 cups; 1-1/2 cups cold water; 12-14 5 inch pancakes. 3 cups; 2-1/4 cups cold water; 20-22 5 inch pancakes. Preparation Instructions: Mix powder with water until mix is completely moist. Batter should be slightly lumpy. Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a 375 degrees F/190 degrees C griddle. Cook pancakes for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes per side or until edges begin to dry. Turn only once. Enjoy! Based on 100 grams of dry bakery product.
