Directions

Makes 16 blondies. Lillybean Gluten-Free & Vegan Gooey Blondie Mix: You Will Need: 6 tablespoons unsalted butter; 1 large eggs; 1/2 cup chocolate chips of choice (Optional or substitute nuts, raisins, etc.). For Vegan Preparation: 1/2 cup creamy nut butter of choice; 1/4 cup vegan milk of choice; 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (Optional, or substitute nuts, raisins, etc). Directions: Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8 inch X 8 inch pan with parchment paper. Melt 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, then pour cooled melted butter in a medium bowl. Whisk in 1 large egg to fully combine. Add Blondie Mix & chocolate chips, then stir all together until your dough forms. Scoop dough into your lined pan & spread evenly to the edges of your pan. Bake 20 minutes; remove from oven & allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting. Vegan Directions: Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8 inch X 8 inch pan with parchment paper. Combine nut butter, vegan milk, Blondie Mix, & chocolate chips in medium bowl; stir until a thick dough forms. Press into lined pan with damp hands, evenly to edges of pan. Bake 20 minutes & cool for 30-45 minutes.
