Directions

Wash hands, utensils & surfaces after handling. Yield: 24 cookies, prep time: 15 minutes, cook time: 9-12 minutes, total time: 25 minutes. Keto friendly all purpose flour blend: 2-1/4 cups. Baking soda: 1 tsp. Salt: 3/4 tsp. Sugar substitute: 3/4 cup. Brown sugar substitute: 3/4 cup, packed. Butter, softened: 1 cup (2 sticks). Eggs: 2 large. Vanilla extract: 1 tsp. Sugar free: 1 cup. Chocolate chips. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. In a medium bowl, sift together Keto Friendly AlI-Purpose Flour Blend, Baking Soda, and Salt. Set aside. 3. Using a stand mixer with paddle attachment or in bowl using a hand mixer or by hand, cream Butter together with sugar substitute and brown sugar substitute until smooth and creamy. 4. Add the Egg and mix thoroughly, scraping the bowl during and afterwards. 5. Add Vanilla extract and mix thoroughly, scraping the bowl during and afterwards. 6. Slowly stir in the previously set-aside dry ingredients, and then add the sugar free chocolate chips until just incorporated. 7 Place a rounded tablespoon of your cookie dough onto a prepared baking sheet. Space each dough ball about 2" apart. Approximately 12 cookies per baking sheet. 8. Bake for 9-12 minutes, until the edges turn golden brown and the center of the cookies are no longer glossy. 9. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet completely before enjoying. Once cool, you can store cookies in a air-tight container at room temperature for up to a week.
