Directions 3 to 4 lbs of chicken oil: 1. Place chicken in a plastic bag. 2. Pour half of the package of breading over the chicken. Shake excess breading off until it is lightly coated. 3. Place the chicken in the refrigerator and marinade for at least 20 minutes or longer. (The longer the better). 4. Place remaining breading on a plate and lightly coat again. 5. To Deep Fry: Heat oil in a heavy saucepan (medium heat), fill on more than half full but enough oil for the chicken not to touch the bottom of the pan. 6. Add chicken, avoid overcrowding fry 10-14 minutes or until done.
