YOU WILL NEED if using beef 1 LB LEAN GROUND BEEF 2 3/4 CUPS HOT WATER 1 CUP MILK OR YOU WILL NEED if using chicken 1 LB UNCOOKED BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS 1 TBSP BUTTER 2 3/4 CUPS HOT WATER 1 CUP MILK 1. BROWN: Brown beef in 10- or 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes, breaking up and stirring. Remove from heat; drain. Return cooked beef to skillet. 1. COOK: Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces. Melt butter in 10- or 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes, stirring often. 2. STIR: Stir in Sauce Mix and hot water until dissolved. Stir in milk and Rice. Return to heat; heat to boiling. 3. SIMMER: Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender. 4. ADD: Remove from heat. Sprinkle with Corn Chips. Refrigerate leftovers.
