Just add water! Whole box makes 12 to 14 4-inch pancakes. You Will Need: 1-3/4 cups water. Do not eat raw batter. 1. Prep: Spray large nonstick skillet or electric griddle with Pam cooking spray and heat over medium heat (350 degrees F). Whisk together entire package of pancake mix, 1 tablespoon sprinkles, and water in large bowl. 2. Cook: Pour about 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto skillet or griddle. Cook 1 to 2 minutes per side, turning once when tops bubble and bottoms are golden brown. 3. Decorate: Squeeze frosting onto pancakes. Decorate with remaining sprinkles. Tips: Squeeze frosting into a clean bowl and whisk in about a tablespoon of milk to make a nice glaze that's perfect for drizzling.
