Safe Handling Instructions: Raw flour is not ready to eat and must be thoroughly cooked before eating to prevent illness from naturally occurring bacteria. Do not eat or play with raw dough; wash hands, utensils, and surfaces after handling. Family Favorites: Ingredients: 2 tablespoons yeast. 2-1/4 cups warm water. 7 cups Natural White Premium Bread Flour. 4 tablespoons honey. 1 tablespoon salt. 3 tablespoons shortening. 3 tablespoons powdered milk. Directions: 1. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let rest 5 minutes. 2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix until well developed. Dough should be able to be stretched into a thin transparent window. 3. Place dough in oiled bowl and let double in size. 4. Punch down, divide into 2 pieces, flatten each piece and roll into loaf shape. Place into bread pans and let rise until above sides of pan. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes, until golden brown on top. Bread should sound hollow when tapped.
