Things you’ll need: milk, or buttermilk. Butter, eggs. Makes 6: 1 cup mix; 1 lg egg; 1 cup buttermilk or 1/2 cup of milk; 2 tbsp melted butter. Makes 12: 2 cups mix; 2 lg eggs; 2 cups buttermilk or 1 cup milk; 4 tbsp melted butter. Directions: Pre-heat griddle or waffle iron to medium-high heat or 350 & grease with butter or cooking spray. 2. Separate eggs. 3. Whisk together egg egg whites and milk. In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks and melted butter. 4. Combine both liquid mixtures & pour over dry mix. Stir all ingredients until blended. 5. Ladle mixture onto griddle or waffle iron and cook until edges are dry. Flip; cook until golden. Caution: Digiorno pizza cooks up fresh & hot, so please use care when handling. Let stand for 5 minutes before enjoying. Ensure pizza reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F for food safety & quality. Cooking appliances may vary so adjust cooking time and temperature as needed. Do not reuse microwave platform. Do not allow pizza to thaw. Do not eat pizza without cooking.
