You'll need: 1 package of Grill Mates® Sauce Mix-Ins. 1 lb. Ground beef. 4 Hamburger rolls. Makes 4 servings. Directions: Mix ground beef and Seasoning mix until well blending. Shape into 4 patties. Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). Serve on rolls with desired condiments and toppings. Burger Builds: Monterey Cheeseburger: Top burgers with Monterey Pepper Jack cheese, grilled onions and lettuce.
