Directions
Instructions: Dilute two tablespoons of Atol Shuco flour for each cup of water, place in a pot and bring to a boil. Separately dilute a tablespoon of Algushte in half a cup of water, add salt to taste and bring to a boil. Serve the Shuco Atol and add prepared Alguashte and cooked beans to taste. Store in a cool, dry place.
