Directions
For breading 2 pounds: 1. Moisten piece. Moisten beef and shake off excess of water. May use water with 10% vinegar. 2. Empty contents in a container. 3. Mix and shale. Place 5-7 pieces of beef inside the container, shake until completely coated, take them out and let it stand for 10 min. 4. Fry or bake. Fry the breading pieces in oil at low heat. Bake at 400 degrees F (204 degrees C) for 45 minutes in ungreased baking pan until cooked through. Bone-in: 45 minutes. Boneless: 20 minutes. Special for: Beef with bread crumbs. Open. Best Before: See bottom.
