Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat 3 to 4 inches of cooking oil to 350-355 degrees in a skillet or frying pan. 2. In a mixing bowl combine dry ingredients with 1/3 cup of water and mix well. (Note: Consistency of the mixture will be thick). 3. Drop 1/2 tablespoon of mixture in oil (Be careful not to over crowd the pan). 4. Cook hush puppies from 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. 5. Remove from oil and place on paper towel, line tray to drain excess oil. 6. Serve warm.
