For a traditional hot chocolate - just add any hot milk. Stove top or microwave (by the cup): In a saucepan, heat while stirring 8 oz of milk until piping hot (not boiling). Or, in a microwave, cook on high until piping hot (approx. 2 minutes). Add 1 heaping tablespoon of organic unsweetened cocoa and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Stir until thoroughly dissolved. Baking Chocolate Substitution: 1 oz (square) baking chocolate = 3 tbsp (level) organic unsweetened cocoa + 1 tbsp shortening or oil.
