Directions

You Will Need: 2 1/2 lb. Bone-in chicken (6 to 8 pieces) or 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 to 8 breasts) and 1 egg. Heat oven to 400F. Coat metal baking sheet with cooking spray. 1 Egg to moisten. To Prepare: 1. Moisten chicken with beaten egg; shake off excess. Empty coating mix onto plate. 2. Coat chicken on all sides by pressing firmly into coating mix. Discard any remaining coating mix. 3. Bake on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray until done (165F). Bone-in: 40 min., turning after 20 min. Boneless: 20 min. (Do not turn). No-Egg Directions: Prepare as directed, moistening chicken with water instead of the egg.
