Boil: Preparation Method: 1. Soak a suitable amount of fine Freekeh in water and wash it. 2. Fry a small chopped onion with oil and add the freekeh to it. 3. Boil chicken or meat, add a good amount of broth to the ingredients, boil well tell it is ready to serve. Store at room temperature in dry place.
