Ingredients: 3 eggs; 1/2 cup milk; 1/2 cup oil. Quick Bread & Muffin Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. lightly spray or line medium muffin cups or 8x4-inch bread loaf pan. 2. Combine mix, milk, eggs, and oil in a medium mixing bowl; stir 2 until moistened. fill muffin cups about 2/3 full or pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees F according to the bake times below. Quick Bead. Bake Time.55 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool time 20 minutes in pan.
