Keep in cool, dry place. Dissolve cube in 1 cup boiling water to make 1 cup broth. Uses: Add to soup, stew, gravies, sauces and stir-fry and bring to a boil. Add to water when boiling rice, pasta, couscous, potatoes and vegetables. Use to season poultry to cooking to 165°F. Use to season fish prior to cooking to 155°F.
