How Many: 12; Mix: 1-1/2 cups; Eggs: 2; Water or Milk (If batter is thick add 1 tbsp milk or water at a time until pourable): 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp; Oil: 2 tbsp; Vanilla Extract: 2 tsp. How Many: 25; Mix: Full Box; Eggs: 4; Water or Milk (If batter is thick add 1 tbsp milk or water at a time until pourable): 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp; Oil: 3 tbsp; Vanilla Extract: 1 tbsp. Whisk eggs, water or milk, oil and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Add mix and whisk until well blended. Heat lightly oiled griddle or skillet on medium heat. Pour batter onto griddle using 2 Tbsp. Batter for each pancake. Cook until edges start to dry, flip and brown other side. About 1-1/2 minutes each side.
