How to Use? You'll Need: 1 bag cornbread mix; 2 eggs; 1-1/2 cups milk; 1/3 cup oil or melted butter. Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Whisk all ingredients together in a medium size bowl. 3. Pour batter into 8 x 8 inch square pan or 12 cup muffin pan. 4. Bake for 45 minutes for loaf, or 25 minutes for muffins. Iya's Tip: Use coconut oil and coconut milk for a more coconutty flavor. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
