Directions

Ready in minutes. Put water into kettle and heat until it boils. Put 1 cup of Fufu Flour into saucepan. Pour boiling water into saucepan on top of Fufu Flour. Place saucepan over medium fire and stir with wooden spoon until smooth. To thicken Fufu, add more Fufu Flour to saucepan. To soften Fufu, add more boiling water to saucepan. Knead Fufu thoroughly until smooth consistency is achieved. Remove Fufu from fire and allow to cool. Mold Fufu into a ball and place in a bowl. Serve Fufu with your homemade soup or stew.
