For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers. Stove-Top Directions: Heat 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Carefully add grain blend. Cover, cook 13 to 16 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender. If desired, season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep frozen.
