1 Packet 10 minute preparation. Ingredients: 1 packet Just In Time Gourmet Jalapeno Cheddar biscuit mix; 1/3 cup butter, melted; 2/3 cup milk; 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix with melted butter and stir in shredded cheese. Gradually add milk until just moistened. Drop batter on prepared cookie sheet by the tablespoon. Bake for 8 - 12 minutes until edges are golden. Serve warm.
