Microwave on high for 45 seconds, turn over and cook for another 45 seconds to 1 minute and 15 seconds. Stovetop: 6 - 8 mins. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place patties in pan and cook 6 to 8 minutes, covered. Turn patties frequently throughout cooking process. Conventional Oven: 10 mins. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
