Directions

For Roasting: 1. Preheat oven to required temperature. 2. Put a teaspoon of flour inside the bag. Place meat inside the bag and shake to coat the meat lightly with the flour. 3. Allow sufficient air space around the meat and tie bag with a nylon tie provided. 4. Make six slits across the top of the bag approximately 1 inch/2.5 cms long. Cooking Guide: Poultry: 190 degrees C, 375 degrees F, Gas 5; 20 mins per lb/500 g + 20 mins. Lamb: 190 degrees C, 375 degrees F, Gas 5; 20 mins per lb/500 g + 20 mins. Beef: 200 degrees C, 400 degrees F, Gas 6; 25 mins per lb/500 g + 25 mins. Cooking time is longer for stuffed poultry/meat. Cooking time can be varied according to individual preferences and differences between appliances.
