In Addition to the Mix Packets You Will Need: Mix packet (included). 8 tbsp (1 stick) salted butter, melted. 112 fl oz bottle of lager beer. Directions: Preheat oven to 375 defgrees F. Butter or spray a loaf pan with cooking spray, set aside. In a medium bowl, add the contents of the mix packet. Form a well in the center of the mix and pour the beer into the well. Using a large spoon mix the liquid into the dry mix until incorporated. Do not over mix. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Pour the melted butter over the top of the loaf and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Remove from the oven, cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cut into 14 slices. Enjoy!
