Description

85% sour ale aged in wine barrels with blackberries and cherries and 15% dark ale aged in bourbon barrels. Fruitful-Nomadic-Oaky. Family Rue. All of our beers are crafted to be enjoyed fresh however, this beer may pleasantly evolve over time when cellared properly. More info: PH/Total Titratable Acidity: 3.3/13.7 g/L. Lactic acid. Analysis as of bottling date, may vary over time.
