Directions

You Will Need: Topping: 1 tablespoons butter, melted; 1/4 cup mix. Muffins: 2 eggs; 2/3 cup milk; 6 tablespoons butter, melted; remaining mix. Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease or line 10 muffin tins with liners, or spray an 8x5" loaf pan with oil. Mix together 1 tablespoon melted butter and 1/4 cup mix until fully incorporated and crumbly. Set aside topping. Whisk together egg, milk, butter and mix in a large bowl until just combined, scraping sides of bowl as needed. Divide batter evenly between 10 muffin cups or pour batter into greased loaf pan. Top with streusel topping. Bake for 16-19 minutes for muffins or 33-37 minutes for a loaf pan. A toothpick inserted to the center should come out clean when done. Do not eat raw batter.
