You will Need: One pouch of coating mix, shaker bag (included) and choice of: 2 1/2 lbs bone - in chicken. 2 lbs boneless chicken. 12 - 14 pieces of chicken tenders. 6 - 8 bone - in or boneless pork chops. Air Fryer Directions: 1. Coat boneless chicken or pork chop as listed in steps 2 & 3 above. 2. Bake place boneless chicken in air fryer basket. Cook at 370 degrees F for 12 - 15 minutes. For pork chops, cook at 370 degrees F for 15 - 20 minutes. Air fryer time and temperature will vary. Time above is approximate. Oven Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Pour pouch of coating mix into shaker bag. 3. Shake one piece of chicken or pork chop at a time, with coating mix in shaker bag. Pat until evenly coated. 4. Bake place on nonstick baking sheet and cook based on times below. Do not turn meat during baking process. Bone - in chicken: 25 - 30 min. Boneless chicken: 20 - 25 min. Chicken tenders: 16 - 18 min. Bone - in pork chops: 20 - 25 min. Boneless pork chops: 18 - 22 min. Tips: For crispier chicken or pork chops, spray with a little oil spray (we prefer avocado oil). Drizzle potatoes or veggies with olive oil and sprinkle dry mix on top of before roasting. Always cook chicken until it reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees F, and for pork chops 160 degrees F. Perfect for chicken, pork, fish, veggies & more! Store in a cool, dry place.
