You Will Need: 2 eggs; 1/2 cup oil or melted butter; 3/4 cup milk (any kind). 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9 inches round pan (or use paper liners for cupcakes). 2. Combine eggs, oil and milk. Add cake mix and blend until smooth. 3. Bake 26-30 minutes for layer cake, 18-22 minutes for cupcakes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes about 10 cupcakes. 4. Finishing Touches Frost with your favorite frosting or just enjoy with fresh strawberries or raspberries and a sprinkle of confectioners sugar. Do not eat raw.
