You Will need: 2 eggs; 1/3 cup melted butter or oil; 1/2 cup milk, any kind. See vegan directions below. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9 inches round pan (or use paper liners for cupcakes). 2. Combine eggs, oil and milk. Add cake mix and blend until smooth. 3. Bake 28-30 minutes for layer cake, 17-21 minutes for cupcakes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Finishing touches: Frost with your favorite frosting or just enjoy with fresh strawberries or raspberries and a sprinkle of confectioners sugar.
