Stir, cover, and reduce heat to simmer. Cook on low for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let steam for 10 minutes. Fluff and enjoy. Rice Cooker: Combine 1 cup rice and 1 cup water or stock. Press the white-rice function. Once cooking is complete, let steam for 5 minutes. Fluff and enjoy. Add 1/4 cup water for a softer texture. Instant Pot: Combine 1 cup rice and 1 cup water or stock. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes. Allow natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release. Fluff and enjoy. Add 1/4 cup water for a softer texture.
