Ingredients: 2 eggs; 1/2 cup milk or water; 1/2 cup melted butter or oil mix only. Loaf Pan (8X5 in): 350 F for 30-40 minutes. Muffins: 375 F for 17-20 minutes. Ingredients: 2 eggs. 1/4 cup milk or water. 1/2 cup melted butter or oil. 1 banana. Loaf Pan (8X5 in): 350 F for 35-45 minutes. Muffins: 375 F for 17-20 minutes. Ingredients: 2 eggs. 2 tablespoons milk or water. 1/2 cup melted butter or oil. 2 bananas. Loaf Pan (8X5 in): 350 F for 40-50 minutes. Muffins: 375 F for 17-20 minutes. Preheat oven to the correct temperature based on the chart above and your preferred preparation method. Line 12 muffin pans with liners or spray loaf pan with oil. Mash banana with a fork in a large bowl if using banana(s). Add in eggs, milk/water, and oil/melted butter; whisk until fully combined. Add in mix and stir until fully incorporated. Fill each muffin 2/3 full with batter or pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake according to the chart above based on your preferred preparation.
