Directions: 1. Ask a grownup to preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Mash 1/2 cup of vegan butter in mixing bowl with a fork. Add in 1/2 cup applesauce & 1 tsp. vanilla & mix for about 1 minute. 3. Add in dry cooking mix & stir until it is a light fluffy dough. 4. Refrigerate dough for 15 minutes & line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 5. Scoop dough with a tablespoon onto cookie sheet & flatten slightly. Ask an adult to put the pan in the oven for 15-18 minutes. Let cool completely & enjoy!
