To Make Instant Milk: 1 cup hot water + 3 teaspoons milk powder = 1 cup milk. 1 Quart: Mix 3-3/4 cups of water with 1-1/3 cup of milk powder. For creamier milk add more powder. Store at a temperature after opening, place remaining food in a zip-top-bag, squeeze out excess air and seal.
