Directions: Artisan Multigrain Bread Mix: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Not intended for bread machine. In a large bowl, pour contents of bag and add: 2 tbsp oil or soft butter 2-1/4 cups warm water. Optional: add 1-2 tbsp sugar, agave or honey. Mix until smooth then pour batter into prepared loaf pan (Narrow pans such as a pullman pan work best for gluten-free bread. Ideal size is 10 in x 4.5 in x 3 in.). Smooth top of loaf with spatula then brush top of loaf with oil, egg or aquafaba. Score top with sharp knife. Let rise for 30 mins in a warm place (75 degrees - 85 degrees F). Bake for 45 mins on middle rack. Internal temp should be 205 degrees F. It will sound hollow when tapped and be golden-brown. Let cool at least 20-30 mins before slicing. Just add water & oil.
