Pour. Stir. Bake. 45 Minutes. One loaf. What You Need: Soberdough Bread Mix; 12 oz. beer or carbonated water. Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 5x9 loaf pan. Pour 12 oz. beer or carbonated water into a medium bowl. Add your Soberdough mix. Stir together until blended. Pour batter into pan and spread out. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. For a Butter Crust: Pour 2 tbsp. melted butter over the top and bake 5 minutes more. Slice and enjoy! Baking Time: 5x9 Loaf Pan: 45 minutes. Muffin Pan: 20 - 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins. 8x8 Square Pan: 20 - 25 minutes. Beer Pairing Guide - Little to no Beer Taste: Common beers like Bud, Bud Light or hard cider for a subtle apple taste. For Craft Beer Fans: Works well with all types. Have fun and be creative!
