Directions

You Will Need: 2 eggs; 1/3 cup water; 1/2 cup oil; 1/2 can (7.5 oz) pumpkin puree. Combine: Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Prepare: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pour batter into a 9 x 5 inch greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until inserted tooth pick comes out clean. How do i store the loaf? Our pumpkin loaf is always best fresh. However, after cooling you can slice it, and freeze the slices in zip-lock bag. To thaw frozen slices, put them in the microwave until thawed. This will bring them back to freshness!
