Directions: you will need: 1/2 cup milk; 1 egg. 1. In a small mixing bowl, beat 1 egg with whisk or fork until slightly beaten. 2. Add 1/2 milk and 1 cup of Southern Pancake and Waffle Mix. 3. Continue mixing until smooth. Makes 3-4 medium size pancakes. For Waffles use 1/4 cup milk to make a thicker batter.
