Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies: 1-3/4 cups BBF whole grain organic oat flour blend, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup butter softened, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/3 granulated sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup chocolate chips. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside. 2. In a medium bowl, combine BBF whole grain organic oat flour blend, baking soda and salt. Set aside. 3. In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla. Mix until smooth. 4. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined. Add chocolate chips and mix. 5. Scoop dough onto cookie sheet leaving about 2 inches between each cookie. 6. Bake for 11-12 minutes or until set. 7. Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Makes 12-15 cookies. All Purpose Oat Flour Tips: For quick breads, muffins & brownies, use 1:1 replacement ratio. For cookies, use 1-1/2 cups All-Purpose oat flour to replace 1 cup All-Purpose flour. Not recommended for use in yeast breads. Storage Information: No need to refrigerate. Store in a cool, dark, dry place.
