What You'll Need: 1 egg; 6 tablespoons vegetable shortening; 2 tablespoons water. You will also need parchment paper. Sprinkles not included. Easy as 1, 2, 3! 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, beat shortening and egg for 1 minute, add sugar cookie mix and water; beat an additional 2 min. at medium-low speed. 2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Drop cookie mix by tablespoons onto cookie sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. 3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until done in the center.
